This build is focused on Random Run visuals, readability, and a few quality-of-life fixes.
Quality of Life
After finishing a Random Run, you now return to the main menu instead of being sent to the bookshelf screen.
Art / Visuals
All characters in Random Run have been replaced with human-drawn versions.
Reworked how chips on tiles are animated. It should now be much clearer where chips come from and how many you’re getting.
Added a short fly-in animation for symbols granted by statuses. Previously, they just appeared on the board, which made it hard to understand where they came from.
Localization
Added Japanese: full Japanese story translation, AI-translated UI/system text.
Bug Fixes
Fixed several symbols that were behaving incorrectly.
After a spin, the quest UI could start flickering. This should no longer happen.
Clicking the Deck or Discard could fail to show their contents. They should now open and display correctly.
Fixed lots of small issues in descriptions and narrative text.
Note: This update is PC-only for now. We’ll ship the Mac build a bit later.
