Hello Rattys! An update is now available for Rat Climber, if you do not see it, please restart your steam client.
What changed

Rat Climber changes
Ratty's cardio has improved! (The stamina meter mechanic is now removed, you can now dash freely)
You can now hold dash while standing still to instantly begin dashing once you move, you no longer need to already be moving to activate dash
Default dash key is now left shift, and default safety walk key is now left ctrl
You will now have a height-traveled meter in the upper right that shows your current height from the starting spot as well as your record highest meters achieved.
Another small round of helpful props, boards, and pieces have been added to every zone in a few places to help make the path forward clearer and to help alleviate a few overly frustrating or awkward sections.
There are a few more places where "recover strat" paths have been added so you are not forced to jump down to the previous zone if you find yourself on certain isolated platforms or ledges. Yes this also includes the evil, notorious vertical slits in the last zone!
As a side note, I don't think the levels will be changing much from now on or being altered. I think the zones are in a very good state at this point and I want them to be solidified and stable for speedrunners (as well as any guides or walkthrus that might be created) without them changing paths and strats constantly
P.S. if any of you are serious about speedrunning the game, I highly suggest grabbing all of the secret cheese pieces, you will most definitely need the unlock from this!
