Hello again! The state of 1.0.3 Following the recent pause / break, I've made enough progress on the 1.0.

Repeated intro

Hello again!

What changed

0 fixes3 additions1 change0 removals
  • Gameplay
  • Maps
  • Server
addedWhen is the PTB coming out?I will be releasing the public test build over the next couple of days with the full list of patch notes, however it's important to stress that this is not the final product, I will be heavily taking feedback on this patch, any suggestions or feedback on the new systems and reworks will be greatly appreciated.
addedWhat will the PTB contain? The public test build is essentially the "skeleton" of this update, it's primarily a new system and a few things to try address a few bugs, but is largely untested and not completely polished at this stage.
addedWhat will the full update contain? The full update will include an improved version of the AR system based on user feedback, but most notably will include a new in-game tutorial which I hope is satisfactory for the crowd that found the original lackluster. Beyond that I hope to add a few other important new features, however I will keep these vague for now since I'm unsure if the current codebase can actually handle it.
changedHow to provide feedback? As I referenced multiple times throughout this, I will be taking an enormous amount of feedback in order to make this update as good as possible, to do so you can join the community Discord server and post it in the #feedback channel, as an alternative for those who do not use Discord or would prefer not to join the server, you can email me on RasvyatNuclearPowerStation@gmail.com

The state of 1.0.3

Following the recent pause / break, I've made enough progress on the 1.0.3 update to release a public test build, this is not the complete update and is still missing the tutorial and a few other things.

When is the PTB coming out?

I will be releasing the public test build over the next couple of days with the full list of patch notes, however it's important to stress that this is not the final product, I will be heavily taking feedback on this patch, any suggestions or feedback on the new systems and reworks will be greatly appreciated.

What will the PTB contain?

The public test build is essentially the "skeleton" of this update, it's primarily a new system and a few things to try address a few bugs, but is largely untested and not completely polished at this stage.

  • The automatic regulator system

  • Another rework to AZS to go along with the changes to AZM

  • AZMM is now back, more specifically as a sub system of AZM, which has now completely taken over the "power limiting" aspect AZS originally held

  • A few minor bug fixes

  • Quality of life tweaks (Such as increasing the zoom speed)

  • Not really much else of note

What will the full update contain?

The full update will include an improved version of the AR system based on user feedback, but most notably will include a new in-game tutorial which I hope is satisfactory for the crowd that found the original lackluster. Beyond that I hope to add a few other important new features, however I will keep these vague for now since I'm unsure if the current codebase can actually handle it.

How to provide feedback?

As I referenced multiple times throughout this, I will be taking an enormous amount of feedback in order to make this update as good as possible, to do so you can join the community Discord server and post it in the #feedback channel, as an alternative for those who do not use Discord or would prefer not to join the server, you can email me on RasvyatNuclearPowerStation@gmail.com
