addedComing soon to QANGA: police, ships, and new horizons
addedPolice systemThe police system has been completely reworked (it was introduced at the beginning of Early Access, then removed), with mechanics inspired by certain games and based on a star system. The more crimes you commit, the more intense the police response will become: drones, automatons, ships, and law enforcement ready to hunt you down.
addedNew shipsYou’ll soon be able to add two new ships to your fleet.
addedDjibouti CityA new location is appearing: Djibouti City, located right next to the Djibouti Relay Tower, the arrival point of your Cyborg at the start of the game. Under the control of ICLabs Industries, this cosmopolitan city brings together human survivors and Cyborgs, forming a fragile balance between tradition and technology. In its streets, you’ll find settlers searching for a new chance alongside synthetics seeking stability.
addedDjibouti CityBut the shadow of the Sanglines lingers: police patrols constantly circle the city to contain the threat and preserve this enclave of relative safety. Djibouti City thus becomes a new environment to explore, but also the first stronghold where your adventures will unfold.
addedDjibouti CityClose to the Relay Tower now stands a brand-new building: the Awakening Center . The true heart of the Cyborg program, this complex marks the end of the production chain, where cryogenized human minds are synchronized with their synthetic bodies. It’s here that every Cyborg opens their eyes for the very first time, before stepping into an unstable and dangerous world. The first step of a long journey, this place seals the bond between technology and survival, serving as the starting point for every Cyborg’s (reworked) story.

Coming soon to QANGA: police, ships, and new horizons

It’s still summer. The heat is on. But that doesn’t mean we’re slowing down on QANGA, quite the opposite! The team is working hard (with plenty of fans running!) and we’re excited to share the first details on upcoming content.

Police system

This is the biggest feature coming up.

The police system has been completely reworked (it was introduced at the beginning of Early Access, then removed), with mechanics inspired by certain games and based on a star system. The more crimes you commit, the more intense the police response will become: drones, automatons, ships, and law enforcement ready to hunt you down.

We’ll share more in a dedicated article, but get ready to see your behavior truly impact the world of QANGA.

New ships

You’ll soon be able to add two new ships to your fleet.

Lavrik

The official law enforcement ship. Solid, intimidating, and formidable, it was designed to command respect.

But here’s the good news

a civilian, pilotable version will also be available for you, Cyborgs.

Orizaune: This one was built for speed and competition. A racing ship that combines style and maneuverability while still being armed. Customizable, it’s made for the circuits we plan to introduce in the future.

You’ll learn more about their design in a dedicated article coming soon.

Djibouti City

A new location is appearing: Djibouti City, located right next to the Djibouti Relay Tower, the arrival point of your Cyborg at the start of the game. Under the control of ICLabs Industries, this cosmopolitan city brings together human survivors and Cyborgs, forming a fragile balance between tradition and technology. In its streets, you’ll find settlers searching for a new chance alongside synthetics seeking stability.

But the shadow of the Sanglines lingers: police patrols constantly circle the city to contain the threat and preserve this enclave of relative safety. Djibouti City thus becomes a new environment to explore, but also the first stronghold where your adventures will unfold.

Close to the Relay Tower now stands a brand-new building: the Awakening Center.

This is a WIP, not final at all. But you can see on the carousel the building in its current form and some work documents.

Visual revamp for trams

The trams have received a visual refresh, with new colors breaking away from their old, dull appearance. More contrasted, they now bring greater life and character to the Relay Towers they serve.

PvP events

Alongside the new features already available, the team is also working on dynamic PvP events to spice up the experience. One concept in development involves an isolated production plant where valuable shipments are stored. Players will need to infiltrate the facility, retrieve the goods, and attempt to extract them under high pressure.

The real challenge will lie in deciding whether to cooperate to secure the extraction or betray others to claim the loot. These events are designed as true tests of skill, strategy, and survival, where every decision can turn a successful operation into total disaster.

These are early design ideas. The final result will surely evolve during development.

Vehicle damage

The team has also started working on a visual damage system. Your vehicle won’t just be a means of transportation anymore: it will now bear the marks of your battles. Scratches, impact marks, damaged parts… all details that will enhance immersion and add realism to your explorations.

This is still a work in progress and will continue to evolve during development.

For now, most of this content is being tested on our pre-live server, accessible to our Sentinels.

Don’t forget that you can also support the game’s development through our Patreon page (and gain access to the pre-live server at certain tiers). Since the beginning of the QANGA adventure, our goal has been to build a genuine, authentic relationship with the community. Beyond the financial aspect, Patreon is also a way to strengthen that bond. Feel free to check it out and support us if you can.

And of course, we’re always around on our Discord server. Come say hi!
