Patch Notes
We've spent a lot of time testing the game and carefully reading your feedback. Thanks for playing and sharing your thoughts with us - it genuinely helps us improve the experience.
We know the demo still has its rough edges, and we're steadily working through the biggest issues and bugs. Here's what's changed in this update:
1. Improved bot death animations
Fixed issues that caused bots to die in unnatural ways. Their deaths now look much more believable, making combat feel smoother and more immersive.
2. Dynamic crosshair system
Crosshairs now disappear while aiming down sights, giving a cleaner and more intuitive shooting experience.
2.1. Weak spot indicator When your crosshair is over a bot's weak spot, it now turns red to indicate that you're dealing critical damage.
As a reminder, standard Rippers have two weak spots:
Head
Core
3. Terminal interactions are now available
You can now interact with terminals, unlocking new gameplay possibilities and allowing mission progression where it was previously blocked.
4. Starting area improvements
Invisible walls in the starting location have been removed and replaced with natural obstacles, making exploration feel more immersive and less restrictive.
5. Stealth behavior reworked
Fixed an issue with approaching Rippers from behind.
You can now walk or crouch up to them without triggering a reaction. However, if you run, they'll hear you and immediately begin hunting you.
6. Door hacking is now functional
Locked doors can now be hacked correctly.
Use the terminal located on either side of the door and hold F to start the hacking process.
Secured doors can buy you valuable time while you reload or resupply, but keep in mind that they won't hold forever. Don't stay in one place for too long.
7. PDA movement bug fixed
Fixed an issue where opening the PDA (Q) could cause teleporting or movement glitches on both the client and server.
Your character can now move normally while using the PDA without being pushed backward.
8. Loot highlighting added to the PDA
While using the PDA, important lootable objects are now highlighted, including:
Medkits
Ammunition
Keycards
Hard drives
Computer towers
This should make important items much easier to spot.
9. Turret visibility improvements
Turrets are now much easier to see in dark environments.
Their health has also been reduced, making them quicker to destroy.
There is still a known issue where the turret scanner may point in the wrong direction or, in some cases, not appear at all. We're actively working on a fix.
Known Issues
We're aware that some players are experiencing problems with lobbies and joining game sessions.
We're already working on these issues and will release another update soon to make multiplayer connections much more stable and reliable.
Thanks again for your patience and support.
See you in the game!
