addedRelease 2026.06 is outThe new screen variables feature allows you to define variables of various types per screen. The variables can then be used in commands. Each variable has a selector that allows you to quickly change its value and thus also all the commands it is used in. This can be used to build dynamic screen setups: for example, one could build a commodity exchange screen that has the order book, chart, order mask, etc. Changing the commodity variable will change the contents of each command simultaneously.
addedRelease 2026.06 is outOur quest to improve the new player experience continues: with this update we introduce new post-tutorial contracts, which new players will automatically receive after they finish the regular tutorial. The new contracts will help the players to establish a second base.
changedRelease 2026.06 is outWe also updated a few recipes: there are now additional recipes that make use of Rhenium (RE), Wolfrhenium (WRH) and Sodium (NA).
addedPhysical perks are on their wayEarlier this year we announced that we are phasing out the physical perks that came with the various supporter tiers. Two weeks ago we packed and shipped the packages, and most of them already reached their destinations. Although physical perks are not available anymore, it is still possible to become a supporter and receive digital perks . The secret soundtrack, for example, is now available as a high-quality download for all galaxy supporters and above. We also redesigned the perk page to give a better overview of your perks!

Release 2026.06 is out

Last week we released the 2026.06 maintenance update. The full release notes are available on the forums, as usual. Here are a few highlights:

  • The new screen variables feature allows you to define variables of various types per screen.

  • The production overview command (PROD) received a major update: it shows more details, especially the production line efficiency and slots. The production order and queue commands are only a click away.

  • Our quest to improve the new player experience continueswith this update we introduce new post-tutorial contracts, which new players will automatically receive after they finish the regular tutorial. The new contracts will help the players to establish a second base.
  • We also updated a few recipes: there are now additional recipes that make use of Rhenium (RE), Wolfrhenium (WRH) and Sodium (NA).

Physical perks are on their way

Earlier this year we announced that we are phasing out the physical perks that came with the various supporter tiers. Two weeks ago we packed and shipped the packages, and most of them already reached their destinations. Although physical perks are not available anymore, it is still possible to become a supporter and receive digital perks. The secret soundtrack, for example, is now available as a high-quality download for all galaxy supporters and above. We also redesigned the perk page to give a better overview of your perks!
