Property Redistribution changes
Gameplay:
The respawn mechanics have been reworked. Now, if you fail, you'll be physically rescued by a doctor (if, according to the storyline, you have one on your team).
The finishing mechanics have been updated. Now you finish off with your bare hands (or a weapon) instead of with your feet.
Patrol algorithms have been updated: characters now hang out more around bars, gyms, etc. They're also more careful around roads.
The citizen spawn algorithm has been changed. Now there are significantly more of them wandering around the city.
Added an episode with a flashback from the war.
UI:
The minimap has been redesigned to display more buildings and district boundaries.
Added an animation notification to the minimap about the capture of your area.
Visual:
Added blood effects for finishing moves. Blood for the blood throne!
Bugs:
Fixed incorrect display of some interface elements on small screens (problem noticed on Steam Deck).
Fixed a number of crashes.
