Update Summary:

Since the Kickstarter, things have been pretty hectic—with personal life events, hiring, production planning, and budgeting keeping our hands full.

This update was mainly about making optimizations across the board to help the game run better and move us closer to getting a standalone Quest 3 demo up and running. We also retextured a few assets to improve visual consistency.

It’s not the most exciting update, but once our hiring is sorted, we’ll be able to properly focus on the game itself. The release date for the Quest 3 demo is still to be decided, but we’re aiming to have it out before the end of the year.

Current Status:

Right now, we’re hiring a 3D Artist, a Programmer, and a 2D Graphic Designer. Once they’re on board, development will be much more manageable, and we’ll be able to ensure the full game keeps the same quality—or better—than what you’ve seen in the demo.

While there won’t be any “content updates” to the demo (since we need to focus on the full game), we may continue to push small improvements over time—optimizations, bug fixes, and updated assets here and there.

For those who don't know, we also reached the US $200K stretch goal - so it's confirmed that Shoji Meguro will be a guest composer!
