Project: AMICA changes
Hey everyone! Jacob from dofhouse here with a small patch for the AMICA demo.
There isn't really any new major content, but we've added some nice scrolling holographic text at certain locations in the game to expand the world building a teeny-tiny bit and to make the maps feel more "alive". Let us know what you think about it!
NEW POWER-UP!
Steam post imageYes! You can now find the Bee-Bot Hat in the demo. The bee-bot hat comes with a passive angry bee that attacks enemies in your surroundings, great way of doing some extra damage and also a cute pet <3

Project: AMICA 0.1.2 - Patch notes
World
Fixed the secrets counter for each of the three demo levels. There should no longer be any inaccessible secrets, meaning you can finally 100% the game!
Replaced the crusty old reused dofs with two fresh new dofs! Can you find them?
Added in-world hologram signs to indicate transitions between places and areas.
Updated the Jungle and Canyon skyboxes to fit the overall art style better.
Weapons & powerups
Made hitscan attacks and projectile hitboxes a lot more accurate.
Removed randomized damage from some of the weapons.
Added the BeeBot hidden somewhere deep in the demo.
The punch is now its own permanent ability and won't be replaced by the block powerup. It has also been combined with the interact key, meaning fewer unnecessary keys to keep track of.
The Siempu-Nura (previously the Launcher) secondary attack flames no longer pass through solid non-damageable objects.
Weapons work more accurately to the player's view height. This is still in the works and will be improved in the future.
Other
Swapped "Play demo" for "New game" in the main menu.
Dropped items (such as those from boxes) have a visually improved spawn effect.
Added Health packs to the drop pool.
Fixed the pickup message for the basic dof.
Fixed a problem with invisible decorations.

(a.k.a. Powerdrill) - we actually just call it powerdrill // dofhouse
We're currently working on a new weapon which will function as a Driller/Flamethrower and be able to destroy rocks so that you don't have to waste rocket ammo. It's not finished yet and you'll most likely be able to find it in the mines when it's in. We're reworking the rocket launcher and its alt-fire since the new Driller weapon sorta overwrites the use for rocket destruction.
That's it for this patch!
We're still working on the things we mentioned last update, like the new "Roller" enemy type and the reworked weapon designs. Stay tuned for more news to come!
