addedTo also clarify: The discard limit will only apply when you close and reopen the game, as the discarding only happens when the inventory is being loaded from the save-file. This is to prevent extreme lag buildup over multiple sessions, because whenever a new item gets added the entire list of item gets reordered, which can take a bit at like 200+, at some point (at like 1000+) leading to unpleasent temporary freezes as the game gets back up to speed.
addedMaybe it would be a good idea to add like a setting or so for it, so players can decide it for themselves. could make most sense.

I've got a report from a player today on discord that they lost an item from the Inventory-discard limit of 200. I investigated and found that a safe-guard I implemented in 0.10 and didnt implement in 0.09 yet. And it was also easy to backport that functionality, so here we go.

So as long as you dont close the game, you wont loose anything.

Have a great one!
