Hello everyone,
What changed
- Balance
i wanted to give you some insights into the current state of development for Version 0.10
I am currently working on developing v0.10 towards a first playtest, which would contain various things:
- Focus on reworks of existing contents Which includes- implementation of different resource types like wood, cloth, leather etc. + new gathering encounters - Implementation for nemesis system + encounters for 1 or 2 bosses - Implementation of Potion slots + potions with charges per fight - rework dodge chance to dodge rating
But i hit a major slog towards the end of the year (combination work stuff and private life), and was making progress extremely slowly (slower than usual haha). So i want to keep you in the loop and tell you: 0.10 is still coming, i really want it to get out and i think it will be pretty cool. But i need to find a good mode for me to work on the game consistently again.
I might kill the playtest idea for now and go back to a more liberal development approach, but im not sure yet. Im pretty sure i will release a playtest at some point, but maybe when v0.10 is closer to completion.
Either a more focused or a more liberal approach fits better and ends up being more productive, but that is heavily dependent on what type of "mood" im in at that time (how my brain works)
