Minor update: First week on the new map

Interface Character nickname colors in combat have been changed from red to green. Mechanics Invisibility (Stealth) Removed the "visual shimmer" (distortion) effect from invisible characters.

Mechanics

Invisibility (Stealth)

  • Removed the "visual shimmer" (distortion) effect from invisible characters.

Developer Comment: This mechanic was inconsistent. While it helped players hold lanes more steadily against Shadows or Assassins in the early game, but in the late game, the opportunities to use such abilities were extremely limited. Furthermore, the effect caused excessive eye strain, forcing players to squint at the screen all game instead of enjoying the match. This change will naturally lead to further balance adjustments for the Shadow and Assassin classes in future updates.

Conqueror’s Right

A new mechanic has been added to encourage more aggressive laning:

  • Killing lane soldiers (Boars, Archers) grants a 20-second buff that reduces the damage taken from the next tower attack by 500.

Map

Towers

  • Creep InteractionTower damage previously prevented effective pushing in the early and mid-game. The number of tower attacks required to kill lane soldiers has been changed from 3–2 to 4–4 (Melee and Archers respectively).
  • Boss DamageTower damage against Gorynych and the Ghost has been increased from 400 to 800 .
  • Summoned Units: Towers now deal 40% of max HP (20% for the Panther) to summoned creatures, capped at 1600 damage.

  • Hero DamageSlightly reduced damage against heroes (by 5–10%, depending on the game stage and Talent Deck).
  • Targeting PriorityChanged the priority list—attacking summoned units will now be targeted by the tower before the Flamethrower.

Landscape

  • Flags on the top lane near the first tower are now placed under tower protection.

Jungle:

Deserters & Raiders

  • Stationary neutral camps on the bottom lane near the base now scale their stats alongside regular soldiers (previously, power modifiers were not applied to them). To improve clarity, these camps will now be highlighted with a gold marker.

Stonecaster

  • If a Starfall scroll drops from the Chud, heroes will now receive 2 scrolls at once.

The Ghost (Bug Fixes & Balance)

  • Fixed: Ghost not dealing damage to towers.

  • Fixed: Ghost attacking and following enemy heroes.

  • Fixed: Ghost applying an Evasion buff to itself.

  • StatsReduced overall survivability; the Ghost no longer gains Fortitude and Will. Base HP reduced from 9,700 to 7,000 .
  • AttackBase attack changed from AoE (Area of Effect) to single-target, but the attack range has been increased to 18 .

Scissors

  • Overall invulnerability duration adjusted from 0.3 + 5s to 0.5 + 3.5s.

Gray Jungle Camps (Gorynych's Lair & Waterfall)

  • Increased the "soft reset" (leash) timer from 0.7 to 2 seconds.

Known Issues

  • In rare cases, Gorynych may not use his abilities correctly (visual fire breath without circles) and fail to deal damage to heroes.

  • Some forest paths have proven too narrow for two players or a hero with summons to move freely. The lumberjacks are already on-site to clear the way!

Castle (Lobby)

  • Added color-coded role markers for heroes.

  • Recommended roles are marked in dark green and lime. The least suitable positions are marked in red.

  • If a player selects a "red spectrum" role, the system will issue a warning.

This update is designed to help new players—even those unfamiliar with the project or the original game—adapt more easily to the realities of our server.
