Previously in Prime World Legends, you had to level up talents in order to unlock the next row. We’ve removed that restriction.

However, ultimates and class upgrades in the 5th row still require unlocking the previous rows — since these talents provide a major power spike.

Why we made this change:

Some players noticed that certain sets were inconvenient or even impossible to fully upgrade because matches often ended too early — or the set simply didn’t fit the game’s tempo.

For example, there’s a 5-talent set that activates after 3 pieces, but its activation depends on a specific talent (“Cursed Seal”) located in the 4th row. As a result, you have room for the set, but can’t use it effectively — because the 4th line is already filled with other valuable talents and sets.

So we decided to test a version without row limits to see how it affects build diversity and the variety of counter-set picks — like “Steady Defense” vs “Deadly Touch.”
