Primarch changes
These changes were going to come alongside the upcoming content patch, but there were some bugs to squash, so I figured why wait. The content patch is likely to be ready early next month and will feature 4 new tribes and 2 new skill elements.
Beta v0.3.94:
General
Frost now reduces by 20% stacks per skill use, instead of always 3.
The Vigor blessing now reduces Time on skills by 2% per stack instead of 3%.
Skill Changes
Deadeye's secondary effect Energy cost reduced to 2, down from 3.
Crystal Coffin now increases damage by 10% per energy, up from 5%.
Creeping Cold's primary effect now also duplicates an Injury.
Creeping Cold's secondary effect now adds Frost based on Range instead of Area.
Flash Freeze now applies Permafrost when the enemy is affected instead of at the end.
Thunderclap now grants Vigor instead of Shroud.
Death Surge's secondary effect now heals 10 HP for each Hit, up from 5.
Skull Crash's secondary effect now gives Bulk based on the highest number of hits the skill deals, instead of only the hits dealt to the target. This means if the skill kills your target early, the effect is less likely to be wasted.
Bug Fixes
The last trinket slot was not activating correctly.
An issue with Absorption Cube missing a sprite. (Hotfixed)
Previous map tiles showing the skip rewards dialogue if clicked. (Hotfixed)
A crash involving tooltips.
Summons/Structures not having their Shield reduced alongside their Max HP.
The Dyad talent tooltip was showing incorrect values.
The compendium prompt during Soaring Vista didn't display the correct skills.
Fixed the tundra ground effect reducing your move speed permanently if you enter it on its last tick.
