Premortal VR changes
π New Features
Jump has been moved to the primary button of the right hand
Sprint has been moved to up axis of right hand joystick
Grabbable items can now be inspected. Text appears with important info about the item such as durability. Inspect also works when holding an item and pointing hand palm towards face.
Crafts and sews now refund used items on cancel
Metal look improved
Tools damage balanced. Every tool now does max damage. For example wooden axe does 50, bone axe does 100, and bronze axe does 150. The dealt damage depends on the swing velocity.
Changed center of gravity for all tools to reflect realistic weights.
Some achievements hidden before boss defeated
Quadruped NPCs drops balanced
Crucible now saves metal on load
Anvil break materials now refund only a log
Loading screen now moves smoothly with headset orientation
Improved stone sparks direction
Added veins toggle in settings
Added HP bars toggle in settings
Currently placing build is now being indicated by a white dot for easier differentiation from other builds
Added credits to menu book
Sewing table is now smaller
Heated ore now does damage when grabbed (it burns!)
Bronze ingot can now be smelted. Notice that 5 sticks can help with forging it but 6 sticks will smelt it
Damage text now shows as big red for critical (head), white for normal damage (body), and small gray for for legs and arms
Saving time has been improved from 1.2s to 0.2s
Build distance reduced from 10 m to 5 m
Interacting with books distance has been reduced (UI)
Placing some builds such as the crafting table now follows the orientation of the ground. Use wood and stone floors to make it upright or find flat ground on the terrain

Backpack now disappears immediately on release
Arrow no longer hits arrow
Boss statues sometimes loaded a head when it wasn't inserted
Copper ore now doesn't roll away too far
Branch now doesn't appear white in the distance
Dead deer no longer makes dying sound on load
Removed cube from wolf head (oops)
Shovel no longer digs with handle
