Potato Party: Hash It Out changes
First off, to find fellow players and keep up with development, please join our Discord server!
And a quick feature preview -- we've got a webhook in the works that lets you to ping our Discord server with your Room Code, so you can invite players from the community -- all from within the game in VR.
Features added:
Categories! Rounds now have word categories. Custom user categories to come.
Experimental new mobile powerups! Make potatoes rain, and hurl a meteor to destroy the Artist's precious creations.
Emote stickers! Make your emotions visible on your fellow players' screens!
Trophies! see a running record of who won previous games in this session
Improved air-drawing -- now it appears as a nice-looking 3D line that's easy to see from all angles
VR player navigation: use the right thumbstick for 1/8 turns
VR player navigation: no more wandering outside the room!
Seated and standing VR modes now officially supported (in addition to room-scale)!
- VR UXImproved hand interactions for Oculus Quest users using SteamVR
- VR UXimproved totem pole interactions
Mobile UX: the full word is now displayed after you guess it
Mobile UX: players' scoreboards show animations
Improved signposting: Round, Drawing, and special modifiers now displayed before every drawing (mobile)
Improved signposting and explanations for VR as well

Improved 2d art assets, including checkmarks
Improvements to Double Jeopardy rounds, including showing point subtractions and making wrong answers less punishing
Round modifier notifications last long enough to read
Bugs fixed:
Fixed some loading points causing stutter effect for SteamVR players
Players no longer get stuck in game when host disconnects
Added UI fixes for long usernames, and capped names to 18 characters
On a guess-limited round, other players' guesses no longer count against your own limit
Fixed game-state bug caused by countdown clock disparity
VR locomotion no longer causes unexpected teleportation at scene changes
Fixed bugs with potatoes changing each others' checkmarks, and various other bugs with checkmarks displaying
End-of-round canvas messages now display properly within drawing canvas
Mute Self button no longer causes a small lag in the headset view when turned ON
The Artist now has a body during the Main Menu
The Artist's movement speed fixed in Launcher scene
Flush particle effect fixed on remaining cameras
Fixed blank text in the last one or two remaining places (TMPro issue)
2D image of Sweet Potato is no longer outdated
