Howdy, Chiefs!

In today’s devlog we’d like to talk a bit more about the employees and the daily operations of the police station in Winston Springs.

Running a police station is a huge responsibility, so you won’t be left to handle everything alone. You’ll have employees assisting you with everyday duties and helping maintain order throughout the town.

Each employee will have their own responsibilities and tasks. Some will take care of paperwork, others will handle patrol duties or assist with investigations. It will be your job to manage the team properly and make sure everything runs smoothly.

We’ve also prepared an employee management system that allows you to oversee their efficiency and take care of their needs during duty.

We want the station to feel like a living, active place filled with people performing their daily work and responding to the situation around the city.

This is only the beginning - we’re currently polishing the employee-related systems and will continue expanding on this topic in future devlogs.
