Every officer has their own strengths and abilities. As they work, they improve the skills related to their assigned duties, meaning that placing the right people in the right rooms becomes increasingly important as your station continues to expand.

It's up to you to decide where each officer belongs. Assigning employees to the right rooms will become one of the key aspects of managing your station. The better your team is organized, the more efficiently the entire department will operate.
