Building a team is one thing. Keeping it together is another challenge entirely.

Sometimes the station's budget forces difficult decisions. Other times, a better candidate appears on HiredIN, or an officer simply isn't the right fit for the job.

That's when it's time to part ways. The officer's file is removed from the management board and fed into the shredder. Once the process is complete, the employee leaves the station, making room for someone new.

Not every story ends with a resignation. Life as an officer in Winston Springs can be unpredictable, and under unfortunate circumstances, some careers may come to an end in a far more dramatic way. In those cases, their file will receive a different status... but we'll save that story for a future devlog.

Every officer represents another decision, another responsibility, and another story waiting to unfold. Who remains on your team will ultimately be up to you.

That's all for today. In future devlogs, we'll continue revealing more systems related to managing your station and the people who keep it running.
