Patch notes soon but the big hitters are a fully functional "release quality" multiplayer mode, pulse pounding combat , and SAVEGAMES. Now, if nature calls you no longer need to start again from scratch. More than that though, the world is fully chunked and will stream in/out as you run around. Thanks to this you'll see performance gains of about a billion percent for large worlds.
