changedchanges to opentest branch only. also includes changes that were linux only last update so look at the previous update notes for those.
addedadded wargoal for attackers to free hostages from another faction. gave free prisoners wargoal effect on attackers win. added faction action to start conflict with goal to free hostages, with chance to ask player to promise to not intervene. modified call from character and faction actions to get target specifier to allow it some access to scripting targets. event where both sides ask player to join at start of conflict, currently used at the start of some conflicts to free hostages. fixed bug in naming of conflicts laws causing various small bugs. changed behind the scenes code to use character traits skills names as an enumeration instead of strings while still serialising as strings, which makes a meaningful performance improvement while still letting them have meaningful names in data files. testing changes to how IDs are serialised and used at runtime. if this works it should make more meaningful performance improvements on every ingame day tick while still keeping meaningful ID names in game data and save files. currently have one implementation on pdf equipment groups, still testing out other ways of achieving this to have easiest refactor with lowest chance of causing bugs.
