Picayune Dreams changes
(Hotfixed)
- FixFixed a bug were accidentally Shock and Ice were flipped with their proc chances.
- FixFixed Universal Education not being properly renamed.
Change: Made Strikecall explosions less deafening.
Change: Made Chain Grenades less deafening.

Buff: Psycho Helmet stranger moves slightly faster the longer it exists.
- NerfPsycho Helmet stranger starting speed lowered.
Change: Psycho Helmet stranger stops moving when hit.
Change: The area modifier name will be displayed in the top left for as long as it's active.
Change: The Blackhole HUD at the top of the screen will now draw beneath the other HUD elements.
Change: Destinations with modifiers will always be two different modifiers now.
Change: Statues spawned from Echo Formation and Fragmented Echo will be different the other statues.
Change: You now see Cursed enemies in the collection. You might need to mouse around a bit to find them, though.
Change: Made some aesthetic changes to the Picayune suit.
Change: 'All three owned' will now consider if there is a "Nothing" item there, and proceed to choose one of the upgrades you DO have.
Change: 'All three owned' will no longer choose upgrades the player hasn't actually chosen before, such as the upgrades they started with.
Change: Made Umi spawn sound louder.
- FixFixed accidentally 'rounding' element chances after last update.
