Fix: Angel Wings, Demon Horns and Plasma Orb all relied on 'nearest x enemy' code which meant that if there was (for example) 15 enemies and you had 30 of the upgrade, 15 would be applied appropriately and then the other 15 would ALL go on the very last instanced enemy. This has been changed to a 'wrap' that wraps back to the very first enemy and spreads them all out evenly, so now they'd ALL be hit by 2 evenly. Fix: For some reason the very first dialog that Infected Izu is meant to say when you first find them wasn't ever being said! This whole time. Oopsies. It's been reenabled now, but this is the interaction if anyone was curious:

Also, for these next changes, I ran a poll asking if people would prefer if C4 and Shrapnel were more limited but hit harder so they could use it without it inevitably bringing down framerate. People seemed to like the idea, so these are the changes:

Buff
