Repeated intro
Hello everyone!
What changed
- Gameplay
- Balance
- UI and audio
Update v1.0.2 is now live. Based on your feedback, we have focused on reducing misleading elements (red herrings) and clarifying puzzle clues to ensure a smoother gameplay experience.
Here are the details:
Puzzle Clarity & Balance
Date Format Guide (ISO 8601): We have covered specific numbers in the document to prevent them from being mistaken for a separate puzzle code.
- Morse Code GuideThe Morse code document has been moved to Floor 6201 . We have also adjusted it to make the connection to the puzzle more intuitive.
- Note Under the DeskThe highlight in the note found under the desk has been changed from "Science Lab Mannequin" to just " Mannequin " to clarify the intended target.
Factory Mannequin: Interacting with the mannequin now provides a text description of the number on its forehead to prevent confusion between '1' and '7'.
- Factory SafeAdded hints to clarify that " both hands " are required to solve the puzzle.
- Stair PuzzleAdded a narrative text upon success to clearly indicate that the hospital door has opened.
- Factory FBX Phone (Ext. 99)Added a narrative text to extension 99. Note: This is still not related to any puzzle! We just wanted to clear up the misunderstanding.
- Phil's Diary (1)Added emphasis to the phrase " must be done twice at the end ."
- Obstetrics RecordAdded emphasis to the text regarding the " expected delivery at 40 weeks ."
System & Visuals
Skip Prompt: A "Press any key to continue" prompt will now appear during documents or narrative sequences where skipping is possible. (We prioritized functionality for this update; UI design improvements will follow later.)
- Factory Iron DoorAdded a CCTV object in front of the interactable iron door in the Factory to make it more noticeable.
Thank you for your feedback and support!
