Here are the details: ※ The puzzle section at the bottom may contain mild spoilers.

Gameplay & QoL

  • Reduced Horror ElementsRemoved the jumpscare and game-over state associated with the moving mannequin anomaly to reduce excessive stress and fear.
  • Audio Cutscene Skip Unlocked: Previously, audio-only cutscenes encountered at locked doors could not be skipped on the first playthrough. To prevent players from unnecessarily waiting during subsequent interactions, you can now skip these scenes even on your very first encounter.

  • Radio BGMAdded narrative text when interacting with the radio to clearly state whether the BGM has been turned on or off.
  • Keypad Shortcuts: Minor style adjustments to the keypad shortcut text for better readability.

Visuals & Bug Fixes

  • Final Locked Door: Slightly modified the texture of the final locked door.

  • Water Drop SpritesFixed an issue where water drop sprites were not rendering correctly.

Puzzles & Hints

  • Hospital Left Safe: Previously, there was a lack of visual cues to encourage interaction. Now, there is an actual document model visibly stuck in the safe's door to match the narrative.

  • Phil & Rita's Note: Clarified the text regarding their child's birthday to prevent contextual misunderstandings.

  • Severed Finger AnomalyAdjusted the exposure level of the anomaly number related to the severed finger.
  • School Desk NoteAdjusted the position of the document under the desk so its presence is easier to spot while standing. You still need to crouch to actually view the document.
  • Morse Code Puzzle: The blinking lights now emit sound, making it easier to deduce the answer through auditory cues.

  • Digital Display PuzzleWe noticed this puzzle was quite difficult, so we added a new document to help you deduce the answer more easily.
