fixedThe number of nuclear missiles available for construction is now limited. One player on one planet at a time can have no more than 10 missiles. If at the time of the update there were already more than 10 missiles, then the extra ones should be dismantled, otherwise the launch will be blocked. Dismantling of extra missiles occurs instantly, and all resources spent on construction are returned in full. - When the hub is destroyed, now not only part of the influence is lost, but also part of the resources. - Non-combat units (workers, spies, scouts, etc.), if they have the auto-attack function disabled, are now not the first to aggro on red players' units. - Fixed several bugs, plus minor edits.
