Hi everyone!
Since releasing the demo, weāve received a ton of feedback across many channelsāthank you for the thoughtful reports and suggestions.
Based on your input, weāve fixed bugs and improved quality-of-life items. Weāll keep listening and iterating.
Patch Notes:
Increased overall XP gain by ~5% so you can reach your third Hyper Capacity faster and keep the game tempo snappier.
Buffed the Slot Machine āJackpotā chance and also retuned the explosion chance. (Expect more dopamine-soaked runs; weāll keep tuning with your feedback.)
Enhanced visuals for the SNAP-EDGE α weapon.
Adjusted scoring so higher difficulties can yield higher scores.
Fixed an issue where [Stained Rope Grip] applied higher-than-intended values. It now matches design intent.
[Anchovy Can] is now limited to 1 per run.
Corrected [Incursion]: its penalty was lower than intended; it now applies properly.
Fixed [Rage] not functioning correctly.
- Shop > Slot Machinefixed an issue where the win jingleās pitch didnāt reset after a payout.
Hyper Capacity ā selection screen: images for already-acquired Hyper Capacities now display correctly.
End-of-run results screen: Hyper Capacity images now display correctly.
- Detailed Stats panelfixed certain stats appearing as 0% (effects were working; this was display-only).
- End-of-run ācurrency gainedāfixed a mismatch between the displayed amount and the actual payout.
