addedHi Parasites!Hope you are enjoying the new battles with the Adaptive Immune System! We’ve received a lot of your feedback since the last patch, and today’s update will be focusing on addressing these concerns with a wide range of improvements on UX and gameplay balance.
addedEvolution PreviewsThe main change this time is the evolution preview function. You can now switch between all the different layouts and experiment with organelle combos when choosing your evolutions. Before confirming your evolution by pressing “Evolve”, you are free to swap to another evolution type and preview different outcomes.
changedUX ImprovementsThe community feedback has provided us with a spectrum of insights on how to make the gameplay more comfortable with everyone, and this patch includes a series of UX improvements to address some of the mentioned issues. Here are two of the more important ones:
changedUX ImprovementsNot sure which organelle to pick after a boss fight or in a room with organelle rewards? When picking up organelle rewards, as long as you don’t equip them on your pathogen, you can cancel the selection by quitting the editor panel! Though, do beware that mutation rewards do not benefit from this change and cannot be cancelled.

UX Improvements

The community feedback has provided us with a spectrum of insights on how to make the gameplay more comfortable with everyone, and this patch includes a series of UX improvements to address some of the mentioned issues. Here are two of the more important ones:

Not sure which organelle to pick after a boss fight or in a room with organelle rewards? When picking up organelle rewards, as long as you don’t equip them on your pathogen, you can cancel the selection by quitting the editor panel! Though, do beware that mutation rewards do not benefit from this change and cannot be cancelled.

Some players also expressed confusion about the term “modifier”, as this word sometimes might be misinterpreted as an effect when we actually intended it to mean a specific type of organelle. We’ve renamed the term “ infuser ” to avoid further confusion.
