addedForget your afternoon nap, it's time for the prop hunt! A brand new version of the Papy Panic Playtest has just been delivered (faster than the midday meal). We've tweaked the prop hunt mode to make your games with friends (or strangers) much smoother and way more hilarious.
changed🎙️ New Proximity Voice Chat (Vivox) No more hearing the Grandpa from the next server complaining about his back! The voice chat has been completely reworked. You will now only hear players in your own game, with full 3D spatialization. There's nothing quite like hearing the robot vacuum tracking you down the hallways or your buddies screaming in terror when they get flushed out!
added🔒 Custom Server Creation (Double-lock the doors) Want to play peacefully in your corner without anyone crashing your game? You can now name your own server and add a password for 100% private sessions. The server browser board has also been completely revamped so you can see at a glance how many residents are currently online.
removed⚡ Direct Access to the Action No time to read the manual, the soup is getting cold! The mandatory tutorial mode has been disabled for this playtest. Launch the game and dive straight into the Prop Hunt lobby.Steam post image
added💨 New Animations (Dust Alert) Keep your eyes peeled: moving around now kicks up little cartoon dust clouds on the floor. It's the perfect detail to give away the position of a player in too much of a hurry or a prop trying to sneak away...
