Paper Towel Royale changes
Items:
Modified spawn rates
New ROCK Item:
Single use throw to deal damage!
Gatling Gun:
Decreased damage per bullet from 3 to 2
Decreased shots per clip from 1000 to 750
Game:
Storm:
Reduced damage from 3 to 2
Reduced damage rate from every 0.2s to 0.25s
Particles:
Improved particles that play on player hurt
Improved particles that play on shield break
Improved smoke particles for guns and missile special
Improved item spawner spawn particles
Improved Sound Effects:
Hammer break

Tower Control Game Mode:
Increased the time it takes to break through checkpoints from 6s and 8s to 10s and 15s.
Decreased the time it takes for the checkpoints to regenerate their barriers by a bit
Team Player Medal
Added a “Team Player” medal for scoring a lot of points for your team in-game.
Basketball Game Mode:
Added arrow indicator for which goal you should shoot at when holding the ball
Made scored basketballs retain the velocity of when they were scored
Specials:
Hammer Special:
Damage is 60% what it was
Nerfed movement
Made movement kind of based on where your character is pointing the movement stick
Bubble Special:
Increased max damage AOE
Guns:
Negative!:
Increased fire rate from 0.055s to 0.05s
New Hats:
Whale hat
Microwave hat
Panda hat
Soda hat
Worm hat
Elephant hat
Chair hat
Chef hat
Tissue hat
Other:
Gave colored outlines to some sprites with fully black outlines for consistency
Added demonstration GIFs above specials in the shop
Made it a harder to level up when you get to higher levels
Adjusted some hats’ sprites and positioning
Slightly improved item portion of the tutorial
Fixes:
Fixed where you would still get the “Garbage” or “Useless” medals when you scored a lot of points for your team
Fixed where gatling gun would continue animating when dropped
