changedHooray, friends! The game has entered the closed beta stage! And I have some news for you!
addedA lot has changed since the release of the first alpha, both in gameplay and graphics. We've added more details, decorations, various additional animations, replaced some character textures, and much more! I even managed to tweak the camera behavior, making it smoother and more enjoyable for the players.
changedBut sometimes, I get carried away and do a bit more than originally planned. This time, it happened with the characters... or rather, their number 😅 The thing is, the game was initially planned to have a fixed number of characters, which could only be unlocked as you progress through the story. However, at some point in the middle of the alpha development process, the game ended up with an additional page of characters. And I couldn’t fit them into the storyline... So I started looking for solutions, but rather lazily 😛. Meanwhile, I kept coming up with new characters I wanted to add as playable ones. And now, there’s already a fourth page of characters... Yes, the game will now feature 20 playable characters—10 story-based and 10 additional ones. As for the additional characters, you’ll be able to unlock them by finding their cards. Many of these cards will be located in various places, often in plain sight, but some of them might be easy to miss! So don’t forget, exploration is always rewarded in the genre of my game!
