Howdy Miners!
Orestruck: Space Miner is coming to Kickstarter soon!
Orestruck: Space Miner is our passion project, intended to revive what was best in the genre and be a spiritual successor to classic shooters that weren’t afraid to push the enemy-blood-soaked envelope, but it’s also a huge and complex undertaking for our modest team of four, with only three developers (being also three brothers) on board.
Why did we take on this enormous task? Because we love great games that serve up top-notch entertainment with no holds barred, which, unfortunately, we feel that have been glaringly lacking in recent years.]
First of all, we don't intend to settle for half-measures. Our goal is not a short game, but a full-blown, multi-hour single-player campaign that will leave you with a lot of fun, a constant adrenaline rush, and a sweaty mouse pad.
In a word, even though we are a small team, we won’t rest until we provide you with a full-fledged product that you won’t be able to distinguish from games produced by large studios, only that it’ll be better. And memorable.
And that's where you, the potential player, come in. In order to maintain creative independence and be able to offer you the level of quality that will make it hard for you to put the virtual shotgun down, we need your support.
Up until now, the game's development has been funded from our own pockets (and the campaign is about 50% ready), but if we are to fulfill our vision and deliver a product to the gaming community that is worth your attention, the time has come to bring in some outside help. And that is you, Dear Reader.
