Early Access 2.3.0 Blood Dragon Rebalance

The Blood Dragon final boss has been rebalanced. Its health now scales with the floor it's encountered on, making the fight appropriately challenging whether you take it on at floor 72 or push deeper before engaging.

Players can no longer be penalized for being well-prepared, if you've earned the power, you can use it (player damage was capped previously).
