fixedResource-based diplomatic jealousy now builds gradually, fades faster when shortages are resolved, and identifies the resources causing each penalty in its tooltip.
fixedFixed planetary habitability temperature scoring so worlds near the ideal temperature range now improve progressively instead of abruptly jumping from 50% to 100%.
