Fix [speculative] boost achievement not being unlocked (yet again)
Fix move vertical controls on gamepad being reversed
Fix scannable UI being visible on game start
Fix Entity movement not always working
Fix ship UI startup sound being incorrect

Improve the end game sequence
Update player collision size to reduce working (more work to be done)
Entity sounds should be slightly more spooky
Some more audio balance pass on UI
Entity will kill players in 2 seconds now rather than 3 seconds

Add a HUD notification when a scannable is downloaded
Add settings button on pause menu. No more going to main menu, yay!
