🚀 Off World Racing – Update v0.80

AKA: The “Stop Yeeting My Racer Into Orbit” Patch

🛞 Vehicle Shenanigans

  • All World Quad Bike has finally stopped fighting you. It now handles better, and your racer actually ragdolls properly. (Please be kind to them. Their insurance premiums are astronomical.)

  • Moon Cycle also got upgraded handling and ragdoll physics. If you manage to fling your rider into low lunar orbit… that’s on you.

  • Moon Buggy now moves like the beast it was meant to be — faster, smoother, and slightly less insulted by gravity.

🎮 Controls & Input (Now with 90% less chaos)

  • Raw Input is now supported! Steering wheels, gamepads, space potatoes — bring ’em on.

  • Generic gamepad layout updated.

  • Split-Screen: all UI messages reset correctly now. (Reminder: Player 1 controls the menus. Player 2 is here for good vibes only… for now.)

🌍 Track Fixes (Mars behaved… a little)

  • Mars Valley Marinaris has been patched up. No more “mystery issues.”

  • Mars Obstacle Course & Endurance SimRemoved the floating rocks at the end of the lap. They have been returned to whichever interdimensional portal they escaped from.
  • Smoke density on Mars has reduced, so you can finally see what you’re crashing into.

📸 Camera & Visual Upgrades

  • Chase camera improved! Now 30% less likely to make you feel like a drone with trust issues.

💥 Damage & Achievements

  • Basic Damage System added! Watch your shiny vehicle get progressively sadder via a handy bar at the bottom of the screen. Future updates will be more cosmetic!

  • New achievements added — because you deserve shiny things.

🖥️ Tech Magic

  • Added Shader Model 5 support so older GPUs can join the fun instead of crying in the corner.

🚧 Track Tweaks

  • Better signs. Cleaner tracks. Fewer surprises. (But not too few — it’s still Off World Racing.)
