Welcome to the very first Pendulum Meadows Gazette! Starting today, every two weeks, I'll be sharing behind-the-scenes looks into game development. If you're here, chances are you're looking for something fresh in gaming. These updates will cover progress milestones, design decisions, and the stories that don't make it into patch notes.

Demo version final polishing is almost complete. I plan to submit the Steam demo for review this weekend at the earliest, or by next week at the latest.

#1 Tutorial Audio & Level Creation: I've created dedicated tutorial levels to help new players easily adapt to the game. Players can learn game mechanics step by step with custom audio designed to support the learning process.

#2 Level Selection Screen Usability Improvements: I've made the level selection screen more intuitive. Visual and audio elements have been enhanced so players can quickly identify and choose levels.
#3 Hidden Commands in Level Selection Screen: I've added the fun of discovering hidden features. Secret functions can now be activated through specific arrow key combinations on the level selection screen.

#4 Individual Type Visual Effects Enhancement: Visual effects have been improved so that static elements now change dynamically based on the level environment. This provides a more immersive experience during gameplay.

I'm preparing for the next phase of development for the demo release.
Demo Version Issue Improvements and Fixes : I plan to quickly address any potential issues or usability problems that may be discovered through demo gameplay.
Additional Asset Creation and Implementation : I plan to create additional image and sound elements needed to enhance the game's completeness.
Partial Code Optimization : I plan to optimize the code of core systems to improve game performance. This is technical improvement work aimed at providing more stable and smoother gameplay.
Through these efforts, I will be able to present a more polished game in the full version.
