Odyssey of Dremid'ir changes
It has been a very, very long four years since the idea for Odyssey first came to be. What was originally supposed to be a simple, straightforward "JRPG" adventure game with some convincing voice acting, has turned into an epic universe of complex story and combat interactions, crafting, questing, and nearly 5,000 voiced lines of dialogue. Topped off with a uniquely hand drawn animation style and you've got Odyssey of Dremid'ir.
It is with immense pleasure that I am here to announce the FINAL RELEASE DATE FOR THE GAME: APRIL 24.
In all honesty, I'd prefer to just keep cooking OOD -- just keep kicking the can down the road -- and be that guy, "Oh yeah, just making a game," forever. But there comes a time when the bird must fly the nest, and we think that time is now.
While the game releases digitally to Steam on Friday that weekend, it will also be releasing PHYSICALLY on Saturday, the same weekend, at a show called MIDWEST GAMING CLASSIC, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is close to home, and the convention there has long been a friend to us.

At the show, you'll be able to snag physical copies of the game (Which all come with a Steam key -- disk drives are optional!), as well as the soundtrack, and even a collector's copy big box, which comes with a whole slew of collector's goodies.
During these final days of pre-release, we're hitting the pavement hard to sort out bugs, and get the last of that content ready for launch. We also have a plan for even more free content after release -- we won't be taking any time off afterwards!
We also launched a "mini" trailer, something to help show off everything the game has to offer, check it out:
We hope it'll be a great weekend for us, and we hope everyone goes home with a game they're satisfied with. See you all again this April on Steam, or at MGC in Milwaukee!
