U.R.C System Overhaul Announcement

Greetings, agents. As of today, the test has accumulated 12,576 hours, U.R.C. sent its deepest gratitude for all the invaluable samples you have extracted from the Dimensional Fragments. Your contribution to humanity's survival and development will be forever remembered.

Starting from May 5th, U.R.C. will conduct a full upgrade on the communication system. It is expected to take 40 days. During this period, all agent's base will be disconnected until the end of the upgrade, please prepare accordingly.
