1.1.1 Hotfix Patch Notes - November 12, 2022

The following changes have been implemented in-game:

The Bibliophile achievement should fire now when you open the Codex (if you unlocked everything already)
Be Water Patch bug has been fixed
Some issues with Asian fonts have been fixed
One Punch's damage is now shown correctly in the deck view
Duplicating One Punch increases its damage now, instead of adding a copy
Commander has been nerfed from 2x2 -> 1x2 base damage and 350HP -> 300HP
