From today until August 28, submit your quickest run and get a chance to win a Special Edition (PS5 or Nintendo Switch) – Western Version, a signed poster, and a NINJA GAIDEN: Ragebound 2LP double vinyl!

Contest Rules

This speedrun contest will reward the 3 quickest S-Rank (All Challenges, All Collectibles) runs of Stage 3-2 “A Perilous Descent”!

As was the case for the Demo Edition, using Assist Mode is strictly prohibited in this contest.

To take part in it, we will ask you to submit the full recording of your run (recorded with a screencasting app), following this set of rules:

Select Stage 3-2 “A Perilous Descent”
The entire run must be done in one shot (no cuts allowed)
The use of talismans is authorized, except for Challenge Talismans
Obtain an S-Rank by completing every challenge, getting every collectible, and meeting the score targets

Once you’ve done all that and you’re satisfied with your run, you can:

Upload your run to either YouTube, X/Twitter, Bluesky, Discord, or Threads.
Tag us on our social channels and use the hashtag #NGRSpeedrun, or share it in the comments of this Steam News!

Additional Notes: Participants may submit multiple entries, but only one entry per participant will be considered for the final selection.
Runs uploaded before the contest started and fitting the requirements will be considered for the final selection.
If two players achieve the same time, the run submitted first will prevail over the most recent one.
