Hi survivors! In this update, we've added new Fast Travel system and highly requested Unstuck feature!
New Feature: Fast Travel System
Discover unique fast travel points scattered across the North Plains and other regions to quickly move around the map;
Added a dedicated fast travel interface to select destinations. You can only travel to points you have previously discovered;
Fast travel points feature brand new visuals and include specific lore notes.
Unstuck Feature
Added a new "Unstuck" button to the Pause Menu. If you ever find yourself trapped in terrain or props, this button will find the nearest safe ground and relocate you.
Building & Construction
Added the ability to move existing structures within your village;
Players can rotate buildings during the move procedure;
Added checks to prevent moving buildings while players are inside them;
Characters and guards will be safely displaced or removed from structures being moved;
Added warning messages if a building cannot be moved to a specific location;
Increased the placement limit for both standard Garden Beds and Garden Beds (2x2);
Fixed an issue where constructions were not dropping all of their used resources when destroyed.
Gameplay Adjustments
Players will now play a quick holster/sheath animation before gathering resources, bathing, or drinking water from the well;
Torches will now only lose durability when they are actively enabled and held;
Fixed an issue where enemies were able to shoot at players through rocks and trees. Arrows also no longer get stuck floating in the air;
Reduced the number of chickens and enemies required to unlock their respective achievements;
Livestock corpses will now automatically disappear after being dead for a set amount of time. Added new video tutorials for Harvest Camps and Animal Husbandry.
Quests & Villagers
Added new varieties and improvements to the Villager Quest pool;
- NoteThe "Burn Plague Site" villager quest has been removed from rotation;
Fixed a bug in the quest unlocking logic;
Fixed a critical progression issue where the Builder's Hut would fail to unlock after the player grabbed the necessary schematics.
Environment & Visuals
Added new interactables and changed specific plant spawn setups in the Silent Forest;
Updated the 3D model for the Red Herb;
Fixed an issue where Plague Wind protection was failing in the corners of certain buildings;
Removed the roof from the Weaver (Tier 2) building and fixed its collider layers;
Removed the Museum from the unlockable buildings list at Village Level 10;
Fixed an issue where multiple villagers would try to sit in the same chair during their evening rest hours.
UI & Technical Changes
Adjusted the text sizing on option sliders, inventory "sort" buttons, and craft "collect" buttons so that longer translated words fit correctly;
Fixed an error that occurred when rapidly adding items to a crafting queue;
Fixed a bug where a worker appeared to collect more items than intended;
Fixed an exception regarding enemy detection in multiplayer;
- PluginsUpdated several backend plugins for general stability.
Multiplayer & Technical Fixes
Consumable graphics are now correctly synchronized for all players when an item is used;
Fixed a bug where a player's Bow visual would disappear or reset incorrectly upon loading a save in multiplayer;
Added safeguards to prevent networked equipment from force-updating incorrectly on load;
Game time will now only start progressing after all players have fully connected and loaded their save data;
Added new quests and improved the synchronization of the Quest Board. Client players will now correctly see remaining days, accepted requests, and recruitment progress;
