NervBox changes
We’re excited to bring you the first patch of many. We’ve heard your feedback, combed through your bug reports, and cooked up a pretty sizable set of fixes.
Gamemode improvements
Added scoreboards to Park and Warehouse to give more information about current game status.
Updated the Traitor mode to no longer require user input to start. We’re keeping CTF host controlled to allow for variable building time. Let us know what you think about this decision.
CTF now works on Park.
Added set round times to both CTF and Traitor modes.
Misc. gamemode logic improvements.
Increased muzzle flash light distance.
Fixed footstep sounds playing incorrectly on some materials.
Fixed holstered objects sometimes not dropping on death.
The kill plane now despawns objects, and kills players more consistently.
Fixed an issue where players could grab two objects at once.
Improved ownership transfer logic significantly.
Adjusted spawn points to try and resolve jumping on spawn.
Fixed weird in game UI movement when jumping.
Fixed text scaling issue for lobby names.
Fixed incorrect desktop icon.
Minor CPU usage improvements.
Misc other fixes.
We’re aware of a couple major issues that are being worked on. Notably, rejoining a lobby after leaving one will cause the player to be stuck on a black screen for 2 minutes.
We’ve also heard some good feature requests come through in our Discord. If you’d like to request features or functionality our Discord is the place to do it!
It’s also a great place to let us know about any bugs you find or critical feedback that you have. We will also be scheduling play sessions to try and get some full lobbies going.
