changedOda's fight has two phases. First, you'll have to attack him while he's inside his armored truck. Be on the lookout for the turrets mounted to the truck's side! Destroy them before their bullets and lasers can do serious damage!

Later on in the fight, an NYPD air-strike destroys most of the driverless truck's exterior, leaving a fiery platform behind (still heading inexorably towards its destination). Oda emerges from the fire -- now armed with a jetpack and a pair of arm cannons! Pay attention to whenever he flies into the background or returns to the foreground, and shoot him down!
