An update with some content additions and some balance tweaks.
- Campaignadded a new hidden anomaly marker, treat it as a hard-to-detect treasure spot
- Campaignadded a new black hole marker - a challenging combat with artifacts and items reward
- Campaignadded a new option to Conflict/Peace envoy: you can now manipulate their outcome
- Campaignincreased war declaration chance for -5 -5 relationships
- Campaignadded more variance to the pilot levels available for hire at planets
Campaign: Prodigy trait improves pilot's behavior in addition to INT
Campaign: the first non-protagonist pilot will always have Prodigy trait
Campaign: many NPC fleet captains will have a Prodigy trait
