V0.3.8 Patch Update

Here's the new patch updates:

• Added the Astral room. The Astral room is a special room that you can reach by a teleporter. The teleporter has a rare chance of spawning when bombing a block such as a rock or statue. Currently the Astral room only contains coins and a teleporter back to the central room. In the future, it will hold more significance.

• Updated some options/stats menu text.

• Updated wizard weapon to be a wooden staff.

• Bonfires can be destroyed by weapons and bombs.

• Added game option to turn off particles.

• Added shadows underneath player/npc/enemy characters.

• Boss rooms spawn stairs to either a fairy fountain or demon room once cleared (50% each). These rooms will hold more significance in the future, but currently they just give you two hearts and mana stars each.

• Added stats (number of deaths, best streak, current streak). These stats persist when the game is turned off. There are also some placeholder stats screens added for the bestiary, secrets, items unlocked and endings unlocked.

• Added a placeholder Challenges screen. In the future, you'll be able to play these unique challenges to unlock new things.

• Added passive items to game screen on the right side.

• Added player stats to the left side of screen.

• Player takes a full heart of damage on the water and wind floors.

• The temporary 24 passive item cap has been removed (inventory only shows up to 24). I put this into place before because the inventory screen only shows a max of 24 passive items currently. Now you can pick up any number of passive items. However! The inventory screen will only display 24 currently. In a future patch (hopefully next one!), you'll be able to view all your passive items.

• Added the crystal room (on floor B8). This room will have more significance in the future.

• Fixed a bug where blocks were not dropping pickups (except gold coins) or spawning downstairs like they were supposed to.
