changedToday's Build 666 marks the 1 year anniversary of our Early Access release and represents hundreds of development hours to refine and improve the gameplay experience of MotorCubs RC. Over the next 6 months the full roster of 12 Levels and 24 Vehicles will make this one of the best Arcade Racing experiences in 2024. Framerate will continue to improve and features that make the game more fun will be sprinkled in along the way. Thank you for your support and we're looking forward to leaving Early Access on July 4th 2024.
addedSteam Achievements. Steam Deck quality setting. Ability to clear save data. Ability to view Min, Max and Average framerate in-game. Creation of a gamepad Back Button. Gamepad menu support via the D-pad. Clear progression of unlockable vehicles and levels. UI icons showing which level or vehicle was unlocked via Podium Placement in a race. UI icons showing which level or vehicle was unlocked via Honeypot discovery in a race. Multithreaded batched rigid body physics for interactive rocks and props. Asynchronous skid mark calculations. Ability for the AI to boost just like the Player. Added mud physics zones that also generated electric sparks in the Sport and Compact vehicles since they hate the mud. Squashed a bug where a vehicle would respawn multiple times at once. Squashed a bug where Player 2 could affect Player 1's controls. Squashed a bug where vehicle physics would re-enable after being paused past 10 seconds. Squashed a bug where the podium camera would slowly fall to the ground.
