Overhaul of mission generation. Early more missions that match starting tech. level are generated. Also different days remaining and spawn chances.

HQ stats UI screen overhaul.

Maintenance failures when not enough money for unit upkeep.

Terrains and map generation:

Designer zone changed to terrain.

Redo some maps with less lakes and small overhaul of spawnpoints. Less spawning on mountains.

50% chance per battle for airborne units delayed deployment, they spawn further away from battle, per player and per enemy rolled separately.

Controls:

Units do not cancel orders after engine overheat or malfunction.

Added building or none-propulsion placement range marker.

Faction designs:

Added 5 new T1-2 faction designs to better fill low tech. rosters.

Balance:

Most area of effect ammo damage and damage radius slightly reduced (reduced maximum damage cap by average 10% that directly affects AoE), because they are too good at hitting weakspots such as side/rear armor.

Small improvements to missile predictive guidance vs air targets.

Misc.

Foliage affected by wind visuals overhaul.

Added more info when hovering in missile design screen.

Minor light and shadows adjust.

Improved checks if wheels/tracks are on ground.

Minor improvements in water avoidance for land units.

Bugfixes:

Multiple bugfixes, some bugs need more testing to confirm they are fixed.
