Added unit experience / veterancy for campaign. Experienced units are more accurate with all weapons except missiles, have better camouflage, more vision and sensor range and armor bonus.

Training: units above 1000 exp. use their experience to train rookies. Spending up to 50 exp. daily to give 20 exp. to other unit.

External missile racks are now destroyed on any damage taken, missiles are expended.

Sensor info is baked and shown in unit description card.

Old designs must be loaded and saved again for new descriptions to fully take effect.

UI adjust to missile menu, new display modes for task groups roster.

Search, escort, extract missions types rebalance:

Search progress on missions lowered by 50%.

Escort / extract land units changed to slower ones. This brings more combat to escort / extract missions types.

Combat balance changes:

Sensors:

Range on all active and passive sensors increased by 24%.

Armor balance:

Weight of armor - 4.2%

Cost of armor - 4.45%

Reduced physical thickness factor of ablative and cheap-bulk composite armor types.

Increased price of lightweight fibre armor type.

Weapons Balance:

Missile hitbox size + 15% only for purposes of shooting down missiles with Point Defence.

Missile damage + 8%

Inertial guided missiles now reduce cost of missile by roughly 20% (avrg.) compared to other guidances.

Minor % DMG changes to timed fuse ammo. Lowered in comparison to non timed fuse equals.

Kinetic Armor piercing ammo damage no longer randomized per shot, it scales with distance only as stated in description.

Effects:

Added more visible glow for shielded missiles.

Minor gun sounds adjust.

Fixes:

Fixed missile special selection UI dropdown. Fixed upgrade TG button shown. Fixed damage scaling with distance bug.

Misc.

Minor changes to some faction designs.

Reduced minimum allowed size on missile launcher from 2 to 1 to make smaller rocket barrages possible.
