Changes:

Sensors pick up more targets per detection tick. Rain weather penalty for sensors not changed.

Detection cone for non 360 sensors reduced to 45 from 55 degrees. XZ axis only for cones. Y - height axis is not used for convenience.

Recolored water shader for more green-toned shores and slightly less underwater visibility.

Kinetic damage multiplier fixed description - it`s for armor piercing ammo only, not for other kinetic damage types.

Kinetic damage multiplier: increased on howitzer, reduced on ultra velocity cannon.

Improved ammo timed fuse timing for more hits (all flak types).

Renamed behaviour disable indirect fire below ammo % to ... beyond visual range (BVR) - it always worked like that. It can prevent wasting ammo if target is not inside visual detection range of this unit only.

Slightly reduced ammo usage for missiles and artillery guided.

Slightly increased missile speed.
